LA’s very own Mike Prasad, Co-Founder of GirlGamer, was recently invited up to the Twitter headquarters to talk about how he used the 140 character platform to launch awareness for Kogi BBQ. He sat down with the team that was focusing on business offerings and did a little Q & A about what Twitter could provide for businesses. He shared his secrets, and five hours later they let him out of the building with a promise to come back.

Turns out they liked Mike’s presentation so much, they helped him give Francisco Dao the ultimate birthday gift. He was able to have @thekillerpitch changed to @TheMan, and secure a special secret Twitter name that Mike will be unveiling later in the year. Apparently there has been some confusion on whether or not the average person can get their twitter name changed to one that has already been taken. We hear that if you are persistant enough, and as long as the account has been inactive for more than sixth months, you can go through the support system and make the request. Then tada! You have a new identity.
Before he left, Mike was able to get a quick 360 video of the inside of their headquarters in SF. Maybe on the return visit he will be able to get some of the amazing people that make Twitter what it is, into the video.
