You may have noticed we dropped a new commenting system here on lalawag. The platform is ECHO by the fine folks over at JS-KIT. As the title of this post suggests, ECHO is commenting evolved, a whole new layer on how you interact with content.
In addition to all the basic commenting functions, ECHO goes out and aggregates social activity around this URL. So if someone tweets this blog post, or posts it to their FriendFeed, we also see that activity here. You can login through a few services like Facebook and Twitter, making it even easier to post your comment. Finally you can also choose to share this content directly from the comments box. Genius!
