Startups Uncensored – This month’s “Startups Uncensored” will be on “Legal Advice for Startups.” It will be an open and frank town-hall conversation talking about the legal questions that face start-ups and issues like incorporation, stock options, hiring employees, and much more. We are joined this month by John Suh, the CEO of Legal Zoom. LegalZoom was founded by attorneys who have worked at some of the most prestigious law firms in the country. They have used their expertise to simplify the law and make it accessible for everyone.

New Media Vault - This month we’re helping to support the efforts of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) — who are the front lines of the fight for net neutrality. When our freedoms in the networked world come under attack, the EFF is the first line of defense. EFF broke new ground when it was founded in 1990 — well before the Internet was on most people’s radar — and continues to confront cutting-edge issues defending free speech, privacy, innovation, and consumer rights today.
