Funny Or Die, the site for people who love comedy, is having a Twitter based hunt this Saturday, August 29th, 2009. The Los Angeles Twitter Hunt, a contest where you seek to find a person running around LA in a Funny or Die T-shirt, is to promote the Let’s Go Viral campaign.
Whoever finds them first, wins a Flip UltraHD video camera. Tease tweets will begin tonight, and the moving target will start tweeting his whereabouts on the morning of Saturday, Aug. 29 and throughout the day, as people race to find him. Follow @funnyordie to get all of the tease tweets, and hopefully, the prize.
One you find the moving target, he will immediately turn the Flip over to you and a Funny Or Die T-shirt, (hopefully not the one he was wearing all day). You will then be immortalized in a Twitpic and placed into the internetz. Good luck!

Interested in making your own viral video? Funny or Die is looking for online video submissions of original comedic short videos for their Let’s Go Viral contest. The winner will have the opportunity to produce an original short video with Funny or Die’s creative team, which includes Will Ferrell, Judd Apatow, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy. A little advice from Funny or Die’s Adam McKay:
“Making a viral video is an exact science with a very specific set of rules. Basically do something funny or weird that people want to see,”

- Videos can be created as individuals or teams

- Submissions will be accepted until September 30th
- The submissions will be viewed and voted on by end users of Funny or Die during the contest period
- The winners are determined solely by the Funny or Die Team judges
