When I worked at Docstoc with CEO Jason Nazar, he once made every employee take their own super hero persona. It was one of those horrible team building exercises that companies just love to do. Jason modestly told us that day he was in fact Superman.
If you’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Jason you’d probably agree. Sure he doesn’t have any super powers, and he needs to find his Lois Lane, but Jason is still a superhero to many.
The LA Business Journal seems to agree. They just awarded him with the 2009 Most Admired CEO of the Year Award. Check out the video below to see Jason accept the award and share his experiences of growing up in LA, starting Docstoc and his mentors.
