iPhone 4g Found in the Wild?

Engadget is running some crazy photos with a crazy story to match. Apparently this iPhone was found in a San Jose bar wrapped inside a standard iPhone 3g case. That’s a pretty far-fetched story but not totally impossible.

Car makers have long wrapped their new prototypes in last year’s body while they road test. Although it’s hard to believe Apple would let a next generation baby so far away from the farm.

What do you think?

*Update! It’s fake…

*Update2! This might actually be real http://gizmodo.com/5520164/

*Update3! The guy who lost the iPhone? Gray Powell.
