It’s your last chance to get a submission in for the 5th annual ITVFest. The final deadline is rapidly approaching, Monday, May 17th, 2010, and if you want to be considered for the competition your submission must be received by then.
The Independent Television Festival (ITVFest) week will take place from July 30th – August 5th, 2010. It’s considered the premier festival in the world for independently produced television pilots and webseries. ITVFest gives people the chance to get their work in front of the people who matter most, live audiences and industry professionals. So if you work in this field, you better have your work submitted.
If you’d like a chance to attend the festival but don’t necessarily have the funds to pay for it, you’re in luck. We are giving away two separate all access passes to ITVFest. In order to be considered all you have to do is tweet and tell us “why you want to submit to #ITVFest.” Be sure to include @lalawag and the hashtag #ITVFest in your tweet.
The tweet contest will run from today, until Thursday, May 13th, 2010. You can tweet as many times as you want and we will pick the winners based solely on who we think has the funniest, wittiest answers. By now you should have an idea of our sense of humor, so have at it. Friday afternoon we will sort through the tweets and announce the two winners. Good Luck!
