Digital LA – Social Games and Virtual Currency panel – Join us for our panel on Social Games and Virtual Currency. We’ll discuss the rise of social games, and how virtual goods are a key revenue model for games like Farmville, etc. We’ll also discuss virtual currency: when nothing is really something. Real attention and cash are being spent on virtual currency, and real growth and cachet for businesses and brands are resulting from its use. We’ll discuss in-game incentives for virtual goods, what works and doesn’t, and how entertainment, gaming companies, and researchers are using virtual currency.
