It’s hard to find a good developer, especially here in Los Angeles. Turns out I’ve been looking in the wrong places all this time. You know places like job boards and behind the local CVS pharmacy. Yes it appears that YouTube is actually a better place to find a great dev as proven here by MC Dave Berzack.
