It’s been a long time coming, but outspoken LA entrepreneur Jason Nazar’s Docstoc has finally released an iPad app. Docstoc is an online document sharing service that is geared towards small businesses and freelance professionals. In addition to providing a cloud based storage solution for personal documents, Docstoc also offers access to over 10,000 public documents and over 20 million library documents. Need a template to start drafting up an NDA agreement? What about an agreement to DJ someone’s wedding? It’s all available on Docstoc.

Many entrepreneurs don’t think of it initially, but there’s a lot of paperwork that needs to be done throughout the course of starting and running your own business. Sometimes you won’t have the resources to hire an attorney to draft up contracts or agreements and that’s where Docstoc can prove to be an invaluable interim solution. They’re offering a Premium service for $9.99 on a 12-month contract or $19.99 on a month to month basis that gives access to 3,000+ business contracts/forms that are drafted by a real attorney. Docstoc Premium also includes access to a bevy of books from well known publishers as well through partnership deals the company has made.

If you’ve got an iPad and you have need for professional documents (pretty much anyone who works will find use for some document in Docstoc), it’s worth a shot. The interface is easy enough to use and it’s free. You can even preview the premium documents within the iPad app in their entirety (obviously you can’t save or edit them).

Download Docstoc Premium from iTunes App Store here.
