Contenta Software announced last Friday that the highly awaited running app, RunInjuryFree, is now available on the iTunes App Store worldwide!

Fact: about 65% of regular runners are injured and about 21% of walkers are afflicted.

RunInjuryFree is not like other running apps. This app makes sure you train in a healthy way, and it makes sure you prevent injuries before they happen.

Here are a list of features that this app offers:

  • Maps your runs with the GPS (while also focusing on your performance and health)
  • Has state of the art warm-up and stretching routines integrated in the experience
  • Has voice feedback for diverse training options such as: walk/run mode, targeted pace training, interval/hill, +more!
  • Monitors your progress
  • Offers how-tos and illustrations to make you a stronger runner

In addition, RunInjuryFree will diagnose any symptoms you may have and help you identify a running injury early. Once an injury is identified, the app will offer preventative measures and cures to help you recover.

Your level of fitness doesn’t matter; all that matters is that this app takes care of you.
