Docstoc, Inc. operates an online community and marketplace to search, upload, and share professional documents. It enables to preview, purchase, and download legal, business, personal finance, technology, education, jobs and career, tax, real estate, current event, politics and history, science, entertainment, health and fitness, medicine, conference, art and literature, lifestyle, and travel documents, templates, and guides.

There are currently more than 80,000 paying subscribers and 20 million members. Since it’s launch in November 2010, Docstoc’s premium subscription service has become a great success with small business owners.

Docstoc has also released a new iPad App focused on helping SMBs streamline their businesses, and its content can be found on websites such as  Yahoo Small Business, HP, BusinessWeek/Bloomberg, Inc., Entrepreneur, BusinessInsider, SCORE, and more. There are more than 5,000 websites that now feature Docstoc content.

This company does more than just documents. There are thousands of original expert articles and videos for SMBs too. Docstoc features these articles and videos, which are designed to enhance the Internet’s widest and best collection of exclusive documents, forms, agreements and templates needed to start, manage and grow a small business.
