Digital La Digital Drinks: Mark your calendar! It’s summer time, so we’re continuing our Digital Drinks tour of LA’s cool pools. After Viceroy and Blvd 3, we’re headed back to Santa Monica to the brand new pool at Hotel Shangri-La! We’ll chat all things digital and entertainment as we lounge on the pool deck, around fire pits, and in cozy cabanas. Check out this new pool (just opened a few weeks ago to private parties only) before your friends!

The New Media Vault Mixer: This month we’re getting prepped for two days of Twiistup excitement. Two times a year, Twiistup brings together Los Angele’s technology, media and entertainment communities, but unlike traditional conferences, Twiistup mixes it up with tunes, video, beverages, swag and the unexpected.
In celebration, New Media Vault will be giving away two copies of The Write Environment DVD from creator’s Tim Kring (Heros & Crossing Jordan) and Damon Lindelof (Lost). Both copies are signed by the writers.

Mindshare Sexy Summer Beach BBQ: It’s summertime in LA – and what better Sunday plan then to hit up a beach BBQ with a bunch of interesting, sexy people? Dockweiler State Beach has BBQ and fire pit areas on a first come first served basis. We’ll get there early to reserve a fire pit so we can make a bonfire and stay until the park closes at 10pm.
